How many boxes will I receive? I only got part of my furniture shipment—what’s going on?
This furniture set will be shipped in multiple boxes and may arrive at different times, please be patient as they will arrive one by one.
Why do the mounting holes often seem misaligned during installation?
During the installation, please follow the sequence indicated in the instruction manual. Do not tighten the screws until all screws are in place. Once all screws are installed, then tighten them all securely.

Do I need to remove the sofa cushions during rain?
